I went there because I saw my niece with food from there, and it looked, and smelled very good. She and my sister said Top's China has the best Chinese food, and chicken wings! I don't eat Chinese food often, but, I decided whenever I do choose to eat some, I'll definitely get it there! The place was clean, staff were nice, friendly, and polite, and the food was good!

We don't live here anymore, but every time we visit we have to grab wings from this location. The owners are so friendly!!! The wings are the BEST in the area and the pork fried rice is delicious. Definitely recommend this spot.

Whatever you do, get their crab rangoons. Second best I’ve EVER had, first was in San Jose’ California, 3rd NY, NY. Great job guys I lived in the area for a good 10 years and miss it. Was nice to see it still around!

The first time, I ordered honey chicken wings with shrimp fried rice! We are hooked! Im really picky about Chinese food. This place is really good. Wings are the best!

In love with all this food. I ordered fried rice, chicken broccoli, orange chicken, dumplings, wonton soup. God bless their hand, that’s food was glorious. If you are visiting Petersburg Va you got it go to this Chinese restaurant, you won’t regret. Believe me! You will thank me later

I went solely based on the reviews here. However, I was delighted to find that the chicken wings was fantastic!! Best I have had since coming to Virginia 23 years ago! Food is fresh. I do have to take a point from the vegetable fried rice though... peas was a little hard and their idea of vegetable rice was just peas, carrots, and onions..... UPDATE After 3 month of trying the local cuisine, it is definitely my go to for Chines food!!!! changing from 4 to 5 stars!!
